I mean, the former is good and fun and funny, but Dr. Wilson is House's best friend. He can't go. He shouldn't. :D Also, I think on the last scene with Taub and his wife, I believe that the wife is really cheating on him (with the whole secret bank account thing) because when he saw the car (and how expensive it is), he believes that she wouldn't go the extra mile to buy him that unless she has done something wrong (meaning: infidelity).
